90 Degree Corner Elbow for 25mm x 21mm Slotted Mini Rail – Grade 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel in a satin polished finish
Allows for attaching two Mini Rails at 90 degree corners. Works with the 25mm x 21mm square section slotted Mini Rail and finished with a satin (dull) polish.
Creates a sold fix between two handrails without the need for welding or fabrication. Easy to install, giving a tidy professional finish to the handrail corner
INSTALLATION GUIDANCE
To fix handrail components we recommend you do this when the rail are at reasonable average air temperature of around 18 degrees Celsius. Make sure the rail and component are clear of dust, filings or grease.
- Add the adhesive to the ends of the part and spread keeping the raised central body clear of adhesive.
- Push the connector into the body of the slotted rail wiping excess adhesive from the rail.
- Push the second rail into the other side of the connector wiping excess adhesive.
- Push the joined rail onto the gaskets over the glass and follow the rail fitting instructions.
