SIDE MOUNT “U SHAPE” – MODEL 6011 :

A great simple design for use without screed onto steel or concrete. Supplied as 2.5m lengths.

Slimline, side mounted design.
Easy to install with extension pins holes to aid the fixing process.
Drainage holes incorporated in the design.
Cover strip used to facia the profile to hide the fixing holes.
Fine adjustments of glass panels using the Flex-Fit Gasket sets

INSTALLING THE SIDE MOUNT “U SHAPE” – MODEL 6011 :

Use anchor bolts, fix the channel securely. Place the flat face of channel away from fixing face. Thgisnis the side with the larger holes to allow fixing to pass through the profile.
We recommend the corresponding M12 fittings with a counter sunk head (21.5mm diameter).
Insert the “L” wedge shoe into the channel profile 312mm apart.
Fix the number 1 seal to the inside of the glazing profile
Insert your glass to site on the L shaped shoes.
On the nearside of the glass insert the glass wedges opposite the “L’ Shaped shoes. Make sure you insert the wedges with the arrow on the wedge pointing downwards.
Tap each wedge into place to secured level the glass panels.
Slide on the facia clad to cover the holes on the profile front.
Insert the second gasket rubber on the front of the profile / glass and inspect the assembly.
